ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2018 after serving as a pastor for 17 years, bringing a people-first, values-driven approach into agency ownership. I’m married and a proud parent of five children, with one son playing college baseball and the others active in various sports. I was born and raised in Middle Georgia and remain a lifelong resident of Warner Robins. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brewton-Parker College and stay active in the Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, working out, and cheering on UGA football — Go Dawgs! Our team includes 10 full-time members, and we operate with high standards, strong energy, and a deep commitment to one another.Giving back is central to who we are. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
